• Demonstrate Volkswagen products, features, and technology.
• Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Manage leads, appointments, and customer interactions through our CRM.
• Work collaboratively with management to achieve individual and dealership goals.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and accountable attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
