BDC Manager – Highline Automotive Dealership
We are seeking an experienced BDC Manager with a proven track record in the highline / luxury automotive space to lead our Business Development Center team. This is a key leadership position focused on driving customer engagement, increasing appointment show rates, and ensuring an exceptional client experience that matches the standards of our brand.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the BDC team to achieve appointment, follow-up, and conversion goals.
Develop effective phone, email, text, and digital communication strategies to drive showroom and service traffic.
Monitor lead management processes and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and consistently.
Collaborate with Sales and Service leadership to align BDC processes with dealership objectives.
Track and report KPIs, including response times, contact rates, appointment show rates, and sales conversion.
Maintain a culture of luxury-level customer service consistent with a highline brand.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of BDC management experience in a luxury / highline automotive dealership (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Jaguar Land Rover, etc.).
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Proven ability to implement processes that increase lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM and lead management software (Xtime, VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, etc.).
