  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

  • Verify final invoices align with services performed and provide maintenance recommendations based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers, providing updates on service progress and addressing any concerns.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies, product offerings, and optional packages for luxury/highline vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in automotive service advising, preferably in a luxury or highline dealership setting.

  • Skills: Strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-end clientele.

  • Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and familiarity with estimating software.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in service database systems and basic computer skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
